What started out as an invention by Mr. Kundan Lal Gujral, Tandoori Chicken has today become synonymous with sumptuous Indian fare, the world over. The humble curry has been transformed in to a butter filled delight while the tandoori dishes can very well be branded as 'agents of happiness'.

Indulging our guests taste buds, cooking up food that is seductively rich and serving a wealth of fresh ingredients is what we pride ourselves in. A feat that even the global dignitaries – the late US President Richard Nixon, the King of Nepal, Pakistan's Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and the Soviet leaders Alexie Kosygin, Nikolia Bulganin and Nikita Krushchev - have spoken highly of.

At Moti Mahal, cooking is not a business, it's a passion that we've inherited and a love that has only grown deeper. This quintessential rich flavour has transcended the Indian borders and we hold our heads high to be known as successors of "the man who gave the world Tandoori Chicken".
