Advaya Hospitality to expand MODO via franchising

MODO, a global lifestyle hotel brand owned by Advaya Hospitality is all set to open in major markets globally. Music-themed MODO Hotel will be introduced at the same time in India, US and Brazil. In India, minimum of five properties will be opened and first hotel in India will come up in June this year. The preliminary expansion in India includes building company-owned Hotels, by partnering Auro Hospitality Group.
The brand is preparing to launch its worldwide franchising program in June this year. Meanwhile, the company is seeking capable franchisees to enhance brand’s global presence. India is part of the international expansion plan of MODO through franchising.
