Le Sutra Hospitality has opened its first outlet of Café Bean Garu at Haiko Mall, Hiranandani Gardens, Powai, confirms a company’s official. The brand is a South Indian Bistro from Le Sutra. Furthermore, the company is also looking for expansion in multi-cities across India. The proposed expansion would be both by management route and franchise model.
Café Bean Garu offers a range of novel south Indian dishes that will satisfy taste buds and also be pocket friendly to consumers. It provides over five different varieties of Andhra- flavoured idlis; contemporary dosas such as the Pesto cheese dosa and the Pizza dosa; a variety of chutneys including tomato, onion, mint and coconut; and creamy curries.
The new brand also would offer its unique concoction of Andhra filter-coffee and Herbal Ice Tea preparations and Bean Garu Pickle. The Café has ‘Khach-Khach’ design concept, a random and abstracted version of trendy aesthetics that provide a fine dining experience to its customers.
