Ozone Fitness n Spa, a fitness and spa chain plans to open 10 outlets by end of fiscal year 2012-2013. For this the company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Ansal API, a real estate conglomerate. According to the franchise MOU entered between both the companies, Ansal API would open Ozone fitness n spa clubs in its commercial properties located at various places. The investment estimated for expansion is of Rs 30 crore. The clubs would be operated with the brand name of 'Ozone Fitness n Spa' under the franchise system of Ozone Spa Pvt. Ltd New Delhi.
According to Naveen Kandhari, Managing Director, Ozone Fitness n Spa, "We believe that good health and wellness are must for all and therefore we have tied up with Ansals API, at their luxury clubs and townships, to expand our fitness goal beyond metros. We have the distinctive expertise in fitness and have been managing successfully the health clubs at large magnitudes."
