General Terms & Conditions:
  • All above room rates are on per room per night basis and inclusive of current applicable hotel taxes, VAT and the Government be higher than the special rates mentioned.
  • Check in /out time at Hotel : 12 Noon
  • Specific Hotel Room confiservice tax as applicable. All taxes are subject to change. For your information, Hotel tax is charged on Published Tariff, which mayrmation/Room category is subject to availability at the time of receipt of advance payment.
  • One Way airport transfer using small Air-conditioned car will be charged extra @ INR 1250 per car transfer (For Delhi Hotels.
  • All Bank charges are to be paid by the remitter please.
Booking Procedure:
  • Hotel bookings will be held on firm basis only on receipt of full advance payment. The bookings will be confirmed on first come first basis at the time of receipt of advance payment.
  • In order to avail the advantage of the aforesaid special rate, the entire payment has to be forwarded to A & K.
  • Hotels have reserved the right to cancel any bookings should there be non-receipt of entire advance payment.
  • For transport and other travel bookings the advance amount will be advised to you on a case to case basis.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be received in writing and will be subject to the following conditions -
  • Cancellations received between 0 - 35 days before check In date : No Refund
  • Early check out or late check in than the dates originally booked: No refund.
  • In case of No Show : No Refund
  • For transport and cancellation of other travel arrangements, the cancellation amount will be advised to you on case to case basis.
