The strict focus on quality control and the authenticity of the recipes as well as all the ingredients used for preparation, is what sets Rahim's apart. At Rahim's our philosophy has always been to focus on the quality of the foods that we are serving. To ensure that you get the finest quality foods, we take the utmost care with out cooking methods and out ingredients. We only use vegetable oils in all our preparations and the kebabs are Cooked in olive oil. We also grind our own spices to ensure the maximum purity and quality. The fine aromas emanating from our dishes are the result of handmade spices, prepared and packed hygienically, especially for our kitchens. For ground meats like Keema, we grind the mutton in our kitchens to give you a healthy and quality product. To further control the quality of the foods served at any of our outlets, the kebabs are marinated at a central place, from where they are distributed to the various outlets and cooked fresh.
