Who we are
Agrimart established in 2009 by Ratanagiri Impex Pvt. Ltd., is an exclusive Farm and Green care equipment retail store chain. Ratanagiri Impex based at Bangalore is an ‘ISO 9001 2008’ company promoted by Annapurna Group, which has vast experience in Agriculture, Plantation, Wind-Energy and Real Estate business since year 2000. Agrimart was established by Ratanagiri Impex to be a pioneer in modern rural agriculture outdoor power equipments. We have got several short and long term projects to help and provide the benefits of mechanization to Indian growers. With ambitious plans for growth, the chain of Agrimart Stores will soon be available in every nook and corner of India, making it one of the fastest growing retail concepts in the country. The company has formed strategic alliances with leading manufacturers around the world and is placed uniquely to promote the usage of these equipments.

Approach
At Ratanagiri Impex, we aim to help millions, especially farmers with small-medium land holdings in the heart of rural India by introducing single-person operated equipments, which will have significant economic and social benefits to our farmers:
Economic: increasing the efficiency of labor, reducing costs, increasing the area cultivated, undertaking more timely production, improving the quality of cultivation, increasing yields, adopting new crops, reducing harvest and post-harvest losses;
Social: reducing hard work and workloads (particularly for women and children), improving safety, gaining prestige, and encouraging younger and more innovative people to remain in rural areas and work on the land, resulting in less time spent on field, more time with family thus improving the quality of life of our farmers.

Growth Story
The company’s initial plan is to set up 300 Agrimart Franchisee outlets throughout India within next 30 months. The Agrimart concept is to have ‘Sales, Service and Spares’ under one roof, thus providing 360° solution for today’s farmers needs. In the next phase, the existing network of 400 dealers will soon be upgraded to Zones and expanded to 1,200 AgrimartZones. This will strengthen our planned 300 Agrimart franchised outlets in all prominent and potential Districts of India. The primary focus is to open Agrimart outlets across all potential areas Pan India, preferably in district head quarters and Agrimart Zone outlets will be given to potential Taluks of the districts.
