- Exhibitor shall not be entitled to claim any damages of any kind happened through natural calamities.
- Any damages, human loss in exhibition to visitors or exhibitors, FIHL would not be responsible
- No insurance of any exhibitor or visitor
- Organizer at their discretion restrict the entry of any visitor to the exhibition
- Organizer can restrict exhibitor to exhibit, if payment is not complete, exhibitor is not entitled to claim the fund he has paid to the organization.
- Organizer at their discretion can change size, location of the stall in the exhibition area.
- Organizer is not responsible for any business transaction happening at the show.
- Exhibitor has to get booth design pre-approved by the organizer
- No extra space would be allotted other than stall area

- Standees placement and flyer distribution is not permitted in the premises without approval.
- Booth possession would be given a day prior to the event. All exhibitors need to fabricate their booths before 7:00 am on exhibition 1st day; organizer would restrict any kind of setup thereafter.
