Gurvinder Singh Kang (GSK): West Highlander Immigration Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd is an ISO 9001 2000 Certified Overseas Education and Settlement Organisation. The company provides end to end solutions to our clients from test preparation, counseling, admission and visa assistance to post landing services. The company also strives to make sure that diligent and deserving people set themselves on the course of education of their flair and there by embark on the profession, occupation, vocation, etc. that suits them the best. West Highlander has paved the way for a number of its clients to fulfill their wish to study and settle in countries like New Zealand, UK, Canada, Singapore, Australia, USA, Ireland and Europe. The company opted for franchise route as it is a good model for expansion and reaching out to the masses. NB: Promotional strategy is a part and parcel of brand’s appropriate growth. Could you share the strategy of your company to further its reach among its investors as well as clientele? GSK: We are already a brand in the region in the specified category. We are planning to do some further branding and promotional activities through various Medias to reach out to the potential investors and clients. NB: Your company has participated in FRO Chandigarh. What factors motivated you to take part in the event? GSK: It is been a good experience to be a part of FRO Chandigarh. Further expansion and networking opportunity took us there. We want to develop business associations and services that are clearly of human value, ethical and generative. To expand as a company by valuing, investing and developing learning cultures in which people can hone their competences and prophecies whilst simultaneously creating productive business momentum. NB: Share your experience of being one of the participating companies at FRO. GSK: It is a good platform where we have got the chance to interact with potential investor, network with people and get important feedback. NB: How do you think the brands’ participation in the event would contribute to the brand’s growth? GSK: Participating in the event such as Franchise and Retail Opportunity Show is like reaching out to the client rather than waiting for the client to visit us. NB: What would you like to recommend to the entrepreneurs and investors looking forward being part of the show to derive maximum benefits from it? GSK: FRO can certainly be a good platform, provided an entrepreneur is well prepared to take on the opportunity.
