Crestcom International, a US-based provider of training solutions for middle-level managers, plans to open its training centres by franchising in key cities across India. Also there are new franchise centres in pipeline in New Delhi and Mumbai, over the next three months.
The company started its operations in India in 1995 and currently has presence in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Bengaluru. They plan to take the bullet proof manager programme to Pune, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Kolkata in the near future.
The programme meant to train managers through video-based live seminars runs through six franchises and spread across 12 sessions in a year. They have catered to 300 companies in the past. With the existing increase of corporate managers across India, the market is likely to grow at 15-20 per cent per annum.
